What is tunnel.af?

Tunnel.af (the ".af" stands for Aura Friday) is an optional service included with MCP-Link that creates secure, temporary connections between online AI platforms and your personal computer.

When you activate this feature, you get a unique temporary URL like:
https://40bf1bfb-db0c-4683-bacd-ff97dcb727f2.tunnel.af/

Share this URL with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or any other AI service, and after you approve the OAuth login request, that AI can directly control tools on your PC — browser automation, file operations, application control, and more.

Open MCP-Link on your desktop and activate the tunnel feature. You'll receive a unique temporary URL.

Share with AI

Give your tunnel.af URL to any online AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) that supports MCP connections.

Approve & Connect

When the AI tries to connect, approve the OAuth request. Now the AI can use all your local MCP-Link tools!
